So 7 of my friends and I stayed here for 3 nights. Definitely would recommend the place it is roughly 500 meters from Calangute beach's end. The staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. Whatever requirements we had with respect to travel, places to visit they were helpful regarding the same. Most importantly our train was in the evening, the checkout was at 11:00 am even then the staff allowed us to accomodate the reception area till 5:15 pm which was a sweet gesture on their end. I would definitely recommend the place of you want a budget friendly and close to major locations stay. Do visit Mama Cecelia's shack which is very near to the stay. The view from their is blissful.

This is the best stay I've had in a very long time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the property feels like your own home in Goa. Rooms are spacious, the swimming pool is clean, and the beach is 5 minutes away! Also great value in terms of prices. Will definitely return. Highly recommended.

The place is located at amazing location. Everything is nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was sufficiently big for 3 people as we were three. It was too clean and service was also excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Not the best. They weren't very cooperative. They didn't even have extra fresh towels and people who return from the beach, need new fresh towels. That was just a hassle. Even the room service was not the best. The cleaner didn't clean the room properly. To get the bedsheets changed, was a big task. Only good thing was the pool.

Property is nearby or approx 25mins by scooter to most of the prime location. Deluxe room are small in size but sufficient for a couple who are not looking for a spacious property. Wifi issue was there for me constantly around 3 days. Room cleaning service was on time no need to remind them.
